Refund Policy

§1. What You’re Buying

Every product sold by Farm Food Family — every individual guide and every themed bundle — is a digital product: a downloadable PDF (or set of PDFs) plus, where noted on the product page, companion Excel worksheets or printable checklists. There is no physical item shipped and no physical return is possible or required. Delivery is instant via download link sent to the email address used at checkout.

This single policy applies uniformly to every guide and bundle in our catalog — see the full product list in §8. You do not need to find a separate policy for the specific title you purchased.

§2. The 7-Day Action Guarantee — In Full

We offer a conditional, action-based guarantee rather than an unconditional refund window. Here is exactly how it works:

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund under this guarantee.
• To qualify, you must complete the first diagnostic, audit, or planning step described in your guide — every guide we publish opens with one of these, usually within the first few chapters, and it’s designed to take 20–30 minutes.
• Email us your completed notes or worksheet (a photo, a filled-in file, or a written summary — any format is fine) along with your refund request.
• If, having done that one step, you feel the guide didn’t provide meaningful clarity or value, we will refund you in full — no further questions asked.

We ask for this one step because it keeps the guarantee meaningful for everyone: it filters out download-and-immediately-refund abuse while still fully protecting anyone who genuinely engages with the material and doesn’t find it useful.

Bundles: if you purchased a themed bundle (Yard Transformation, Grow Your Own Food, or Organic Soil & Garden Health), completing the first step of any one of the included guides qualifies your entire bundle purchase for this guarantee.

§3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@farmfoodfamily.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Guide or Bundle Name].” Include:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order/receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
• Your completed notes or worksheet from the first step, in any format

We reply to every refund request within 2 business days.

The following situations fall outside this guarantee:

• Requests made after the 7-day window. The window is calculated from the timestamp of your original purchase confirmation email.
• Requests without proof of the first step. Refund requests that don’t include your completed notes or worksheet from §2 do not qualify under this guarantee.
• Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us. If you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first reaching out to us directly, we treat this as a policy violation rather than a standard refund request, and reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and these terms.
• Repeat refund patterns. Accounts showing a pattern of purchasing and refunding digital products across multiple titles may be declined future purchases at our discretion.
• Purchases through unauthorized resellers. Only purchases made directly through farmfoodfamily.com or our authorized checkout pages are covered by this policy.

§6. Technical Issues — Handled Immediately, No Conditions

The following are not subject to the 7-day window or the action-completion condition above — we fix these immediately, any time, no questions asked:

• Broken or expired download links
• Duplicate or accidental double charges
• Corrupted files that won’t open
• Payment processed but no delivery email received
• Wrong product delivered

§7. International Buyers — Consumer Rights Disclaimer

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom or European Union, nothing in this policy overrides your statutory cooling-off rights for distance-selling contracts under applicable consumer protection law (including UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive). Where those rights provide greater protection than the terms above, your statutory rights apply. Note that many jurisdictions’ cooling-off exemptions apply to digital content once download has begun with your consent — please review your local regulations for specifics, or contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
